Applicants with package tours conducted by registered travel agency in Japan with ERFS will be accepted for visa application.   • ・only the applicant or authorized representative can submit the documents

  • ・approval or refusal of visa is at the sole discretion of the Visa Officer/Consul

  • ・non-refundable fee for denied application, may re-apply after 3 months

  • ・all forwarded documents to the Korean Embassy will no longer be returned except for passport

  • ・the Embassy may still require for additional and supporting documents after filing

  • ・borrowing or pulling out of passport is strictly not allowed while visa is on process

  • ・processing period may be extended depending on actual processing of the Korean Embassy and volume of visa applications

  • ・visa and processing fee may vary depending on the nationality/passport and purpose of travel
